Anana is comprised of Anniken Jess Iversen, a MacBook, a piano and some peculiar tunes. Her creative side came out when she began at NTNU, studying music technology, a melange of minor chords and gentle vocals altered with a rather creative use of effects. Anna makes dark edgy pop sweetened with a dash of optimism. She is in a place where inspiration is divined from the likes of Fever Ray, Susanne Sundfør and Erykah Badu, taking the listener on a floating, unearthly, brooding journey full of melancholy.
