Lars Håvard Haugen is reckoned to be one of Norway’s greatest living guitarists. He started one of Norway’s favorite bands – Hellbillies – in the late 80s, and since then has delivered countless timeless guitar riffs both on record and at sold out shows all over the country. Recently Lars Håvard has been in the studio recording his first solo effort along side Kyrre Sætran on bass and Trond Augland on drums. Together they’ve created a deliciously fresh instrumental album entitled “Six Strings And The Truth” which will be released January 31. The band will play their very first show together at by:Larm 2011 and will embark on a nationwide tour shortly thereafter.
